By purchasing our products wholesale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY

Wholesale opportunities are currently available exclusively within the U.S.

ORDERING AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • View our current wholesale collection here.

  • Minimum order amount: $50.

  • Minimum order quantities for each product vary and are specified in the listing details.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders can be placed through Faire or by applying for access to our wholesale site.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is required at the time of placing your order.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • Net 30 or 60 payment terms are available to select retailers through Faire.

PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

  • Wholesale customers receive a 50% discount off retail prices.

  • While we provide a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), you have the discretion to set your own prices as a retailer.

  • Please note that pricing is subject to change.

  • We do not charge sales tax or any additional processing fees.

  • Wholesale customers are not eligible to accumulate or redeem rewards credits.

  • Wholesale orders do not qualify for any free gift offers.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 4-6 business days for us to process your order.

SHIPPING AND INSPECTION

  • Shipping costs vary based on order size and location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on Faire for Faire Insider members. New retailers who sign up for Faire through our Faire Direct link can enjoy a 50% discount on their first order (up to $150) and get free shipping for one year with our brand.

  • Orders will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground.

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged or defective products, email us within 5 days so we can ship replacements as soon as possible.

  • We use only recyclable or biodegradable shipping materials.

AUTHORIZED SALES CHANNELS

  • Our products may only be sold through the following channels:

    • Your approved eCommerce site.

    • Your own brick-and-mortar store.

    • Local markets where you are physically present.

  • The sale of our products on third-party websites, such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and similar platforms, is strictly prohibited.

USE OF MARKETING MATERIALS

You are welcome to use our product information, photos and other marketing materials on your website and social media pages. When posting our photos on social media, please tag or mention our brand to give proper credit. This helps us maintain brand consistency and allows us to engage with your content.

PACKAGING AND MATERIALS

We prioritize eco-friendly packaging by using pouches and scoops made from plant-based materials. Our Dish Powder Shakers come without a shrink band by default. However, we offer an optional tamper-evident shrink band seal. This seal includes a small piece of tape (either Scotch Greener Tape or biodegradable tape) and a compostable pre-printed perforated shrink band.

Please note that our products do not come with a UPC barcode by default. However, we can add a UPC barcode upon request.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.
