Return Policy

Element Essentials LLC

You can return unused and unopened products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. Element Essentials LLC will not cover return shipping costs, but we will handle the re-shipment charges. Custom items (e.g., requested custom scents) are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo so we can file an insurance claim.

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our website. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as defects, damage, or incorrect items, so we can address the problem. A photo is required for any damaged items to process an insurance claim.

Non-returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We recommend trying smaller versions of our products before purchasing larger sizes to ensure they meet your needs and work with your home water conditions.


The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after the return is accepted.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
